Excellence in Winery Operations and Asset Management.

Chateau Tanunda Winery, Barossa Valley
Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th August.

This Annual Wine Industry Conference and Exhibition is on again. In addition to the trade and supplier representatives being in attendance in the exhibition area we have an outstanding line up of speakers presenting over the two days of the conference with a pre-conference tour of the Orora Glass plant and Tarac Technologies.

Sensory Tasting

This year’s program will also include a special ‘sensory’ tasting conducted by the AWRI to give delegates an understanding of taints and faults identification in wine. This will be a unique opportunity to participate in a tasting led by Australia’s leading Wine Research body, the session will give participants an insight into how to identify wine faults of which there will be nine in particular that will be focused on.
