IMPROVING WINERY PERFORMANCE

The 2008 National Conference and Exhibition will focus on improving vintage by reducing losses and increasing yields to improve winery performance. Key speakers will address these issues, and workshops will provide opportunities to share and improve knowledge for the whole winery team.

The variety of presentations and workshops will provide many choices for your interests, and the technical research paper section will provide information on the latest R & D.

Three optional visits are available on Friday, all commencing at 9:30am. It is essential to sign up for these at the registration desk area prior to Friday as numbers will be strictly limited for some visits.
