SPARKLING WINE PRODUCTION

The 2011 Conference and Exhibition concentrates on all aspects of wine production from the grape to the bottle with a particular emphasis on sparkling wine production this year.

Two days of presentations and workshops combined with an exhibition by Australian and International suppliers of equipment and services to the industry make this a dynamic place to meet the key players face to face and share your knowledge and technologies.

There is no organised dinner on Wednesday evening, but there are many great places in the Barossa for informal networking.
