The goals of the WEA  are to: 

Promote and Develop Fellowship and Networking

Advocate Industry Standards and Best Practise

Provide a Forum for New Technologies & Processes

As a member of the WEA you are entitled to :

• Membership Pin and Certificate
• Receive Association Newsletter “Winelines”
• Access to a members only section on the WEA website which will have copies of conference presentations and other reports and reference material
• Priority mailing of conference information re sponsorship and registration
• Reduction in conference registration fees
• Election for conference committee or other sub-committees
• Participation in organised interest or regional tours
• Participation in other meetings organised such as ‘technical breakfasts’ or site visits.

The only differences in entitlements between Members and Associate Members are that while associate members are certainly encouraged to attend and participate at the AGM (and they can be elected to any committees) they do not have voting rights at that meeting.
