These sessions are not to be a straight advertising presentation for your company or product but to focus on the use/benefits in the winery of the product/process. Your company/product will be acknowledged in both the conference proceedings book and by the chair of the session.
The final choice of which products/processes are chosen will depend on relevance to the conference theme this year, "Tastes of the Future" also whether you have recently presented, ‘newness’ of product/process and the conference timetable.
